Journey to Summit 2011

Hi and welcome to my newly improved website and blog,

I want to send out a big "Thanks and Kudos'"  to Lee Hinton with Incite for his help and guidance with this site and blog.

After making the commitment over 1 year ago to improve my health and fitness with the help of Beachbody and P90X, I'm excited to see my transformation.  Now, I'm earning extra cash from Beachbody by being a coach and I'm also going to LA this week to attend the Beachbody 2011 Coach Summit.  This is the annual national event that Beachbody hosts to train, encourage and inspire the coaches.  After checking it out last year I made the commitment to attend and now it's finally here.  Today I'm going to keep this really short but I want to post this invitation to stay connected here for information on health, fitness, personal development, and peace of mind, heart and soul.

My plan is that this will be a place where there will be information shared that will not only help with our physical health and nutrition but also a place to find help with what's going on in our inner life.  Why should we even bother with all this fitness stuff and how can I just find some peace in my life?  If we train our bodies and yet neglect our souls, what have we really gained?  If we look good on the outside and yet are miserable on the inside who are we really fooling?  Do these questions sound familiar?  Are the answers the missing links to your fitness and health goals?  Mine also.

One of the main things I'm impressed with Beachbody and their programs like P90X, is the "overall" approach they bring.  The combination of working out right, eating right, drinking enough water, getting enough sleep and rest and being smart about supplements along with all the encouragement, help, support, training and resources.  With all of this involved, failure is not an option.  Trust the system, get plugged in and you will see results.  I want this website and blog to have that same kind of balance.  I want to try and be a resource where people can find ways to honestly experience a "New You" and not just a face lift or make over.  When change comes from the inside out there can be lasting and profound change that will have an effect for generations to come.

I hope you have a blessed day and that you find ways to make the most of the time given to you.  It's the day we have so let's make the most of it.

I hope you are up for it and willing to join me on this fantastic journey,

Paul H.
